• Rule Updates: The Griefing rule is more specific with 3 different instances (Bases, Large Builds & Protected Builds)

• Rule Updates: Removed the Unwanted Dueling rule, as keep inventory is enabled, this rule is unnecessary. Instead repeated killing will fall under harassment.

• Rule Updates: Chat specific rules are now applied to the whole server as these things can occur outside the chat.
